Qualitative retention time and quantitative peak area using external standard method. The linear range of sulfur hexafluoride is 120-1800mg/m3; 1800-12160mg/m3, detection limit 56mg/m3. Conclusion: This method has a wide linear range and is fully capable of determining sulfur hexafluoride in workplace air with good precision and accuracy.
