Dimethylamine is a commonly used organic chemical product. It is a colorless gas at room temperature. It smells of fish and shellfish at low concentrations and ammonia at high concentrations. It is mainly used as a raw material for rubber vulcanization accelerator, leather hair remover, medicine, pesticide, textile industry solvent, fuel, wafer deposition film gas, propellant and organic intermediates such as dimethylhydrazine, n, n-dimethylformamide.
