浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司建立了測定苯酐中馬來酸酐含量的氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜法。將樣品用二氯甲烷溶解,在氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜儀上進(jìn)行檢測,外標(biāo)法定量。方法的測定下限為10mg.kg-1。對實際樣品進(jìn)行加標(biāo)回收試驗,平均回收率在88.4%～108.7%之間,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差（n=8）在2.8%～5.4%之間。該方法操作簡便,重現(xiàn)性好,結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of maleic anhydride in phthalic anhydride. The samples were dissolved in dichloromethane, detected on gas chromatography-mass spectrometer, and quantified by external standard method. The lower limit of determination of the method was 10 mg.kg-1. The standard recovery test was carried out on the actual samples, the average recovery rate was between 88.4% and 108.7%, and the relative standard deviation (n=8) was between 2.8% and 5.4%. The method is easy to operate, with good reproducibility and accurate results.
