浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司建立測定氣中甲醇的頂空—?dú)庀嗌V法聯(lián)用分析方法。氣樣中的甲醇在頂空一儀中氣化,達(dá)到氣液平衡,在優(yōu)化的分析條件下,氣相色譜法測定樣品中的甲醇。結(jié)果:測定環(huán)境空氣中甲醇的平均回收率91.0%~108%,測定污染源廢氣中甲醇的平均回收率為82.0%~97.5%。測定環(huán)境空氣中的甲醇的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線相關(guān)系數(shù)r>0.9 999,測定污染源廢氣中的甲醇的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線相關(guān)系數(shù)r>0.9 999。本方法采用頂空氣相色譜法,溶劑用量少,適于環(huán)境空氣和固定污染源廢氣中甲醇的測定。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a combined analytical method for the determination of methanol in gas by headspace-gas chromatography. Methanol in the gas sample was vaporized in a headspace instrument to achieve gas-liquid equilibrium. Under the optimized analysis conditions, the methanol in the sample was determined by gas chromatography. RESULTS: The average recovery rate of methanol in ambient air was 91.0%-108%, and the average recovery rate of methanol in pollution source exhaust gas was 82.0%-97.5%. The standard curve correlation coefficient r>0.9 999 for measuring methanol in ambient air, and the standard curve correlation coefficient r>0.9 999 for measuring methanol in pollution source waste gas. The method adopts headspace gas chromatography with less solvent consumption, and is suitable for the determination of methanol in ambient air and waste gas from statio nary pollution sources.
