浩瀚色譜（山東）應用技術開發(fā)有限公司采用氣相色譜電子捕獲檢測器對水環(huán)境中的六六六和滴滴涕進行分析.水樣經過液液萃取濃縮后進樣,使用1.5%OV-17+1.95%QF-1/Chromosorb AW DMCS（80-100目）玻璃柱,用外標法定量.結果表明:在所選擇的色譜操作條件下,六六六和滴滴涕在0.0096～2.90 mg/L之間線性良好,相關系數大于0.9964,檢出限為0.01～0.04 μg/L,水樣加標回收率為93％～135％,相對標準偏差為2.4％～4.5％.

QF-1/Chromosorb AW DMCS (80-100 mesh) glass column was used for quantification by external standard method. The results showed that under the selected chromatographic operating conditions, the linearity of hexahexahexanol and DDT was good between 0.0096 and 2.90 mg/L. , the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.9964, the detection limit was 0.01-0.04 μg/L, the recovery rate of water samples was 93%-135%, and the relative standard deviation was 2.4%-4.5%.
