浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司建立了毛細(xì)管柱-雙氫火焰檢測器測定非甲烷總烴的方法,經(jīng)優(yōu)化色譜條件,獲得了的實驗條件,并根據(jù)氫火焰檢測器(FID)的原理探討氧及非烴類等含碳化合物的響應(yīng)及影響.研究結(jié)果表明,本方法測定總烴的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線為0.9994,當(dāng)色譜進(jìn)樣量為0.25 m L時,方法精密度為0.12%、方法檢出限為0.016 mg·m-3(以碳計)等均符合HJ/T38—1999性能指標(biāo)的要求.實驗結(jié)果表明含Cl、O、S類的揮發(fā)性化合物在測定非甲烷總烴時,也有不同程度的響應(yīng)值,對計算總烴濃度產(chǎn)生影響.

The determination method of non-methane total hydrocarbons is gas chromatography, and the co ntent of non-methane total hydrocarbons is determined by the subtraction method; specifically, the quantitative volume of sample gas is separated from methane by a gas chromatography column, and the methane co ntent is measured by fid. Separate methane, measure the total hydrocarbon co ntent by feeding the same fid, and subtract the methane co ntent from the total hydrocarbon co ntent to obtain the non-methane total hydrocarbon content.
Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a method for the determination of non-methane total hydrocarbons by capillary column-double hydrogen flame detector. After optimizing the chromatographic conditions, the best experimental co nditions were obtained. The principle of this method was used to discuss the respo nse and influence of carbon-co ntaining compounds such as oxygen and non-hydrocarbons. The results showed that the standard curve for the determination of total hydrocarbons by this method was 0.9994, and when the chromatographic injection volume was 0.25 mL, the method precision was 0.12%, The detection limit of the method is 0.016 mg·m-3 (calculated as carbon), which meets the requirements of HJ/T38-1999 performance indicators.
