磷化氫為無色氣體,具有難聞的特殊腥臭味.純的磷化氫比重1.85,沸點(diǎn)一87.4℃,微溶于冷水,乙醇和乙醚.易被活性炭吸附.受熱可分解,易氧化,易自燃和爆炸.在金屬酸洗,電石生產(chǎn),磷的提煉,制造鎂粉,含磷酸鈣的水泥等過程中均可產(chǎn)生磷化氫.含磷的礦砂,矽鐵,金屬鋅,錫,鋁等遇水時,也可生成磷化氫.磷化鋁近年廣泛用于糧食的熏蒸劑,也產(chǎn)生磷化氫.



浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司研究了富集柱類型,富集溫度和色譜操作條件等因素對二次富集氣相色譜法測定環(huán)境中痕量PH3的影響,并將其應(yīng)用于青島大氣和東海陸架沉積物中PH3的測定,取得了較為滿意的結(jié)果.該方法具有操作簡單,靈敏度高,分析速度快,干擾少等優(yōu)點(diǎn),其檢測限為0.02 pg,精密度2.0%,線性范圍為0.56 pg~5.6 ng.用此方法測定了冬季大陸架表層沉積物中PH3含量為(0.51~23.10)×10-9,其分布明顯受到人類活動的影響,研究結(jié)果還表明東海沉積物中的PH3是海洋中磷的潛在來源之一;大氣中PH3日變化趨勢說明大氣中PH3明顯受光照的影響.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. studied the influence of the type of enrichment column, enrichment temperature and chromatographic operating conditions on the determination of trace PH3 in the environment by secondary enrichment gas chromatography, and applied it to the atmosphere of Qingdao Satisfactory results were obtained in the determination of PH3 in the sediments of the continental shelf of the East China Sea and the East China Sea. The method has the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity, fast analysis speed, and less interference. The detection limit is 0.02 pg, the precision is 2.0%, and the linear range is 0.56 pg~5.6 ng. The PH3 content in the continental shelf surface sediments in winter was determined by this method to be (0.51~23.10)×10-9, and its distribution is obviously affected by human activities. The results also show that PH3 in the sediments of the East China Sea is One of the potential sources of phosphorus in the ocean; the diurnal variation trend of PH3 in the atmosphere indicates that PH3 in the atmosphere is obviously affected by light.
