環(huán)境空氣非甲烷總烴不僅對大氣環(huán)境和人體健康有重要的影響,也是光化學監(jiān)測網(wǎng)的重要監(jiān)測指標之一。生態(tài)環(huán)境部《關于加強揮發(fā)性有機物監(jiān)測工作的通知》(環(huán)辦監(jiān)測函[2020]335號)文件要求“加強VOCs自動監(jiān)測能力建設,有條件的城市逐步開展NMHC自動監(jiān)測試點工作”,目前國內(nèi)有100余個城市已經(jīng)開展了環(huán)境空氣非甲烷總烴自動監(jiān)測。隨著《技術規(guī)定》的印發(fā)試行,系統(tǒng)安裝、驗收和運維質(zhì)控等相關工作開展將有據(jù)可依,監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的準確性和性會進一步提高,根據(jù)試行過程中的反饋意見我們也將不斷修訂完善。

為確保《技術規(guī)定》中的各項指標科學可行,編制組組織市場較常見的非甲烷總烴連續(xù)自動監(jiān)測儀器開展實驗室標準氣體和環(huán)境空氣比對測試,15臺儀器40余位技術人員參與測試,近20種標準氣體,獲取有效數(shù)據(jù)幾十萬條。根據(jù)儀器實際測試結果,并經(jīng)過儀器廠商交流和多次專家討論,重點針對環(huán)境空氣中非甲烷總烴濃度水平低等特點,明確了環(huán)境空氣非甲烷總烴連續(xù)自動監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的方法,根據(jù)實測數(shù)據(jù)提出了環(huán)境空氣非甲烷總烴連續(xù)自動監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)驗收的性能指標要求,包括檢出限、空白、峰型、校準曲線、24h漂移、重復性、準確性、高濃度殘留、響應時間、多組分示值誤差等,以及系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量控制的周期和要求等。
