海洋源的羰基硫(Carbonyl sulfide,COS)、二甲基硫(Dimethylsulfide,DMS)和二硫化碳(Carbon disulfide,CS<,2>)是海洋表層水和大氣中豐富的3種揮發(fā)性硫化物.其中COS在大氣中濃度高,壽命長,能傳輸?shù)狡搅鲗有纬闪蛩猁}氣溶膠,影響大氣輻射平衡和加速平流層O<,3>損耗;DMS是海洋排放的重要的揮發(fā)性硫化物,在大氣氧化后生成的非海鹽硫酸鹽通過直接和間接輻射強迫影響全球氣候;CS<,2>在環(huán)境的濃度較前兩者低,主要環(huán)境效應表現(xiàn)在它是對流層大氣中COS的主要源.這三者在對流層都能被氧化成SO<,2>,終形成硫酸鹽,對區(qū)域算沉降有較大貢獻.近岸海域在全球揮發(fā)性硫化物的排放中占有較大的份額,特別是受到人為因素干擾、富營養(yǎng)化嚴重的區(qū)域.這些區(qū)域所產生的COS、DMS和CS<,2>對全球硫循環(huán)有著重要貢獻.由于三者源匯的復雜性,使得區(qū)域數(shù)據(jù)無法外推全球尺度,精確評估COS、DMS和CS<,2>的環(huán)境效應還需全球各個海域數(shù)據(jù)的支持.論文的主要工作是完善環(huán)境大氣和海洋表層水中COS、DMS和CS<,2>的采樣及測量方法,并以此方法獲得中國近海典型海域大氣和海水中COS、DMS和CS<,2>的濃度水平.討論海洋濃度、大氣濃度和海氣通量的關系.在已有DMS測量工作的基礎上,選擇了同時適合COS、DMS和CS<,2>大氣采樣的預濃縮方式、氧化物去除和除濕裝置,優(yōu)化了GC-FPD測量大氣和海水樣品的色譜條件,達到了完善并整合了同時采集和測量環(huán)境大氣和海水中COS、DMS和CS<,2>的目的
