氯乙酰氯是一種有機化合物，分子式為C2H2Cl2O，無色透明液體，有刺激性氣味，溶于丙酮，可混溶于乙醚。主要用作醫(yī)藥及農藥的原料，尤其用于丁草胺、甲草胺等除草劑的生產。

酰氯的分析方法之一是以氨或胺與酰氯反應生成酰胺和酸,從而測得酰氯的含量(Ind Eng Chem,Anal ed 1946,18:444)。另有以醇與酰氯反應生成酯和酸的分析方法(Analyst 1953,78:675)較前法為優(yōu),但發(fā)現(xiàn),該法有較大誤差。原因是氯乙酰氯和醇酯化時反應激烈,部分氯hua氫與氯乙酰氯易于逸出,致使分析結果偏低。
